Paul is a Melbourne writer and editor who spent many years as a footy journalist, and has written several books on Australian football at grass-roots level. He also leads walking tours in the city. He lives in the inner north.
Paul loved the buzz of newsrooms in the city. Mostly, he loved drifting around regional Victoria, speaking to people of all backgrounds and hearing their stories … the stirring moments and the stuff of life.
He makes every film with craft and care. These films are not slick, but they’re honest, professional recordings that capture the lives of those who want their stories to live for generations to come.
I have always loved asking people about their lives.
